Due to the recent announcement of Peel Region being designated under the Grey-Lockdown classification, our church will not have any congregation in the sanctuary over the next 28 days. The registration will be closed until further notice.
Before going through to the church registration process, please go through each scenario and be sure that you are NOT experiencing any/combination of the following symptoms*, as identified and exemplified below. (*Sources for COVID-19 symptoms and definitions have been referenced from Ontario.ca and PublicHealthOntario.ca)
A sudden cough (especially via unknown causes) was the most commonly reported respiratory symptom of COVID-19.
The proportion of patients with shortness of breath varied widely depending on the severity of
those infected with the corona virus.
Chills are one of the most common syptoms experienced and reported due to COVID-19.
Another common sympton of COVID-19, a sign that you have a fever is if you are feeling hot to the touch, or have a temperature of 37.8 degrees Celsius or higher
A sign of a respiratory infection is if you have a severe difficulty breathing. (i.e. struggling for each breath or can only speak in single words.
If you or any members of your household have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days, you are not permitted to enter the Bramalea Church of God Prayer Centre.

If you are using a PC Desktop/Laptop to register, DO NOT USE Internet Explorer- you may run into some issues with the form. Please use either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera browser or Internet Edge. For Apple/Mac users, there should be no browser issues.
